Amanda Welch, DVM

Amanda Welch, DVM, MPH is a graduate of the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine. She is originally from Tampa, Florida where she first attended undergraduate school and was commissioned in the United States Air Force. In 2016, after nearly 9 years serving in the military, Amanda decided to pursue her passion for helping animals. She completed her undergraduate studies culminating in a Bachelors of Medical Biology, at Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville, and went on to complete her Doctorate and Masters in Public Health in Minnesota. She has a special interests in behavior, internal medicine, surgery, and community health. 

Dr. Welch enjoys collaborating with clients to meet her patients' needs and to bolster the human-animal bond. She currently resides in O'Fallon with her husband and dogs. In her free time, she enjoys kickboxing, crocheting, reading, and spending time outdoors.
