Lindsay Trickel, DVM

Dr. Lindsay Trickel grew up in Mascoutah, Illinois, and attended college at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, graduating with a bachelor's in biology, and a minor in chemistry. She went on to attend the university of Illinois for veterinary school and graduated in 2014.

Dr. Trickel started working at Four Paws in 2021 after working in Illinois and Missouri for six years prior.  She has varied experience in large and small animal medicine, as well as shelter medicine and surgery.  She has a special interest in dermatology, surgery, and geriatric medicine, and she is pursing certification in rehab and physical therapy.

In her spare time, Dr. Trickel drives a Ford Pinto and works on hot rods with her husband Bruce.  She also sings in a local cover band and plays with her three high maintenance dogs, Ginger, Gatsby and Tricerahops.
